I could not be more stoked to announce that my watercolours are part of Hello Zephy's show, Sex Work, Art Work.
"Sex Work, Art Work is a multidisciplinary art exhibition with contributions from sex workers and the artists that stand beside them as allies. Curated by Hello Zephy, Sex Work, Art Work will provide a public platform to empower sex workers, and help breakdown the stereotypes and misconceptions that keep members of the industry feeling the need to live in silence."
We refuse to conflate sex work with human trafficking, and so we're joining forces to have conversations about how we can break the stigma while exploring narratives around the perception of self worth, decency, empowerment versus disempowerment, and consent.
The show is on until February 22 at 264 Water Street in Manhattan
